**Bilingual Front Desk/Customer Service**

Responsible for handling front desk and customer service duties, including greeting customers, answering busy phone lines, handling customer inquiries, and processing sales.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Answer phones
· Answer customer inquiries
· Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable
· Check and enter inventory using computer software
· Write customer receipts using computer software
· Process customer finance applications
· Ensure reception area is tidy
· Cash out people when necessary
· Send email and faxes
· Collect and distribute parcels and other mail
· Perform basic filing, scanning, and clerical duties
· Take and relay messages
Required Qualifications :
- MUST be bilingual in English-Spanish
- Previous experience in a similar role is strongly preferred
- Flexible to work weekends or holidays as needed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
