*Front Desk Customer Service*

Location : Everett, MA
Job Type : Temp/Contract to Direct


We are looking for motivated individuals with strong customer service skills to work the front desk for one of our clients in Everett.


This is a temp-to-hire position for the right candidates. Pay rate is in the range of $14-$16 per hour, depending on experience. This position is going to transition into a Sales position once hired as a permanent employee with our client. As a Sales Representative, you will be paid commission on all delivered sales, which gives you the opportunity to earn anywhere between 40k-80k per year.


Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:00 am - 6:30 pm, and some Saturdays as well.


Daily tasks:


• Greet and assist onsite guests


• Answer inbound telephone calls


• Present product options to prospective customers based on their needs


Required Qualifications :

• Must be English-Portuguese bilingual


• Previous experience in sales or other related fields is a plus


• Ability to prioritize and multitask


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Excellent people skills


• Strong attention to detail


• Excellent attendance and punctuality is mandatory
