***Front Desk - Customer Service***

We are looking for English-Spanish bilingual candidates with strong customer service skills for Front Desk Customer Service positions at one of our clients in Everett.

We have multiple openings, and these are temp-to-hire opportunities with room for growth for the right candidates.

Pay rate: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist onsite customers


• Answer inbound telephone calls and emails


• Schedule customer's deliveries


• Present product options to prospective customers based on their needs

Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish & English is REQUIRED for this position


• Flexibility to work a typical retail schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays


• Proficient computer skills


• Previous experience in sales or other related fields is a plus


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Excellent people skills
