Cleanroom Assembly Technician

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience

• Acting as a liaison with management and Technicians.


• Training team members on new production protocols.


• Building various Single-Use assemblies per work instructions, prints, cleaning and packaging.


• Reading, understanding and following SOPs.


• Complying with ISO regulations.


• Complying with cGMP regulations.


• Maintaining company product quality standards based on corporate quality goals.

How you will thrive and create an impact:

• The Cleanroom Technician is instrumental in enforcing compliance of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE’s) and responsible for reporting all “near miss” and first aid events.


• While functioning as a subject matter expert on assembly related issues, this role will identify product offerings and advise on recommended assembly processes. As a Lead you will ensure Technicians are following work procedures.


• While identifying process deviations the Cleanroom Technician will take immediate action to mitigate events and be responsible for proper cleanroom preparation activities.


• While demonstrating an independent work ability you will utilize business level communication skills and participate in continuous improvement processes.


• As a team member that possess flexibility, forward- thinking and motivation, you will demonstrate these skills in our Biopharma manufacturing environment.
