Customer Service Rep.

Location : Woburn
Job Type : Temp/Contract

Shift and Compensation:

  • Shift: 7am-4pm Monday through Friday 

  • $15-$17 per hour


Carries out all customer service activities such as responding to inquires, processing orders and handling complaints, in a prompt, courteous and effective manner. Other responsibilities include: phone duties, greeting visitors, scheduling and other clerical duties as directed. 

  • Process customer overs and run stock reports in our in-house warehousing system.

  • Prepare all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer work-orders, post inventory records, check all orders for special guest.

  • Coordinate special, last minute shipping requests.

  • Oversee and file paperwork both physical and electronic.

  • Answer phone calls and operate various type of office machines and computers necessary to perform duties. 

  • Effectively correspond with customers as required.

Required Qualifications :

  • Solid written and verbal skills (customer facing position).

  • Ability to communicate articulately on the phone.

  • Excel experience is a plus, general experience with email and Office products a must.

  • Entry level applicants welcome, one year similar experience a plus.
