Call Current Customers
Organize customer calls that need to be made in our call management system.
Take detailed and accurate orders, enter orders into the computer system
Log the call and the result of call into the Customer History Notes
Complete the appropriate sales paperwork.
Reschedule follow up calls.
Bring customer complaints and concerns to the Sales Managers attention.
Cold Calling – Business to Business
Calling potential customers to establish new business. Material may be self obtained, or given to you by Arcade Snacks.

Samples and marketing material
