Inside Sales Rep
Our Partner is looking for a motivated, Commission-Based Inside Sales Representative who thrives on exceeding expectations. This is a remote position that will require accessibility to work remotely from home. Face-to-face team meetings on a bi-weekly or monthly basis are required in their headquarters in Worcester, Ma.
· Position the value of company to businesses that utilize the products and services we sell and create lasting relationships
· Manage an active sales pipeline generated both by inbound leads and your own research to identify, engage and develop relationships
· Understand prospects' business goals
· Close business with new and existing customers at or above quota.
· Bring your ideas to enhance the sales and marketing process and improve upon our company's unique culture and values.
· Work alongside marketing to generate new content to aid in prospecting, closing and post-sales relationships
· Have a positive and growth-driven mindset
· Is exceptional at closing deals and maintaining customer relationships
· Is highly focused on daily, weekly, quarterly and yearly objectives
· Is detail-oriented and willing to fully understand customer needs and deliver on these objectives
· Is comfortable with technology and willing to embrace digital account management
· Has confidence in sharing ideas to further sales, grow and retain customer-base
