Inside Sales

Savvy Staffing Solutions is seeking an entry level Inside Sales Rep. for our client located in Auburn, MA. This is a fulltime, temp to hire position.

The Inside sales department is the core of our business. Our sales team is our direct
representative to our customers. We rely on our sales staff to represent us in a
professional, educated manner, ensuring customer satisfaction from point of sale to the receipt
of order and future growth within the customers.

Requirements/Responsibilities:

• Answering multiple phone line


• Learn and speak intelligently about all our products


• Call Current Customers


• Organize customer calls that need to be made in our call management system.


• Take detailed and accurate orders, enter orders into the CRM.


• Log the call and the result of call into the Customer History Notes.


• Complete the appropriate sales paperwork.


• Reschedule follow up calls.


• Bring customer complaints and concerns to the Sales Managers attention.


• Cold Calling – Business to Business


• Calling potential customers to establish new business.


• Use our tested sales script


• Schedule follow up calls in your weekly planner.


• Keep all paper work for the lead organized in folders at your desk.


• Send samples and marketing material to customers and qualified leads


• Customer Service


• Answering product questions and concerns customers and leads may have

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
