Savvy Staffing Solutions is looking for a Team Leader with manufacturing experience to join our team. Our client located in Worcester, MA is in the metal plating, metal fabricating industry.

Job Description

• This position requires working side by side with employees on the production floor as well as being responsible for all aspects of paint line production.


• Accomplish manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.


• Enforce policies, safety regulations and cleanliness within the department.


• Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals using work orders, production schedules.


• Monitor and inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.


• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and computer skills


• Hands on technical/troubleshooting experience


• Strong work ethic


• Powder coat manufacturing experience a plus


• 3+ years of supervisory experience required


• Bi-lingual a plus


• Auto body painting a plus
