Savvy Staffing is currently hiring a 1st shift Process Technician!!
Working under the direction of the shift supervisor, Process Tech will oversee production of quality goods and maintain standard cycles, safety, and quality control. Will also work closely with supervisor and quality auditor to provide continuous training of production staff.
Required Qualifications :
-Ability to solve process related issues using root cause analysis and scientific method
- Maintain and/or enhance machine efficiency and productivity(85% or better), including mold and machine maintenance.
-Work with quality auditor to ensure quality and safety standards are being met.
-Perform minor maintenance functions as needed on machines and auxiliary equipment.
-Assist with material management including the processing of all scrap and regrind.
-Work with supervisor to enhance staffing, including training and identifying temp operators eligible for promotion to full-time positions.
-Will be expected to work overtime and adjusted work schedules as needed.
