Position: Terminal Operator
Purpose: Wash, load and unload trucks and rail cars of bulk and or liquid sweetener according to environmental, personal safety and food safety and CMO and SOP requirements. Enter shipping/production data in the system ensuring accurate inventory and movement of goods.
Job Skills: Terminal Operator must be self-motivated, mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, customer focused can deliver attitude, organizational and communication skills.
Wash and load liquid sweetener trucks and dry bulk trucks (if applicable) according to environmental, personal safety, food safety and CMO and/or S.O.P. requirements.
Unload railcars and/or trailers of sweetener products according to environmental, personal safety, food safety, and CMO and/or S.O.P. requirements.
Perform assigned housekeeping and administrative duties including weight entries on loads, generating certificate analysis and bills of lading. Keeps work area clean and organized.
Performs limited troubleshooting and light maintenance on process equipment, control systems, lab equipment an office equipment.
Test and analyze product ensuring quality product to predetermined specifications.
Move/weigh loaded trailers safely
Ability to lift 50lbs
- The employee will work both inside and outside and will be exposed weather elements/environment where there may be discomfort due to temperature, dust, noise and the like.
- Must be able to clear a background check
- Fluent written and verbal in English
